Preorders up for split with Cut Short.

After a few delays (is there ever not delays?), we will be receiving the splits the week of the 17th. Pre-orders are up NOW with an intended release/shipping date somewhere in the beginning of February. I'll hopefully be able to get some pictures of the vinyl to add but for the time being, visit our (GTRrecords) myspace/facebook/webstore and pick up a copy. All vinyl comes with a digital download, courtesy of deathwish inc.

Also, if you haven't already, pick up the Daylight 10" from GTR as well.

Winter Tour.

Thanks to GTRR we almost have the full 2 week tour booked. We're waiting on info for the dates labeled with cities and states, but as far as I know we still don't have shows that say "TBA". Finally.

So after a few months of recording our side of the split, we finally have someone to put it out. Dave Heck, of Get This Right Records. He recently started up this label and already put out the Daylight 10" - Sinking. Add him up if you still use myspace.

Anyway, everything is getting figured out this week. The artwork is done and we'll hopefully be getting it sent to get pressed in a few days. Also, thanks to Dave, we're booking a 2 week winter tour that will most likely start the day after Christmas. Once we have the dates/info for tour and a release show, I'll be posting the information pretty much everywhere.

Since our weekend with Agitator, we're running low on shirts. I think we only have 7 black left and about 15 white. Not sure when we're printing more, but until that day comes, make sure you help us out. We drain gas money like it's our job, playing free shows.

Weekend Tour and Split Update.

I haven't updated this for a while now because there's not major news, and I refuse to update this for every show. Anyway, we're going on a weekend tour with our friends Agitator. Marty, our bassist, fronts the band and if you haven't heard it yet, it's free for download on their page. We'll be playing October 23rd, 24th & 25th. To keep updated on where it is, check out our myspace.

As for the split with Cut Short, we got the art finished by Give Up. It looks amazing and we're really excited to finally put this out. Hopefully things should be coming along now with actually getting this out.

I also made a few changes to the blog by adding links to the side and a search bar to look up anything on the site you may have missed out on.

Also, THANK YOU to everyone who has been buying shirts recently. We really appreciate it and you've helped us pay for getting our split out.

2 New Songs Up.

Last night we finished recording 4 songs at Bowling Otter Studios. There are 2 songs on our myspace now. "Awaiting Vultures" is going on the split along with 2 others, and "I Am Man" is just a free song we decided to put out. Hopefully we'll have this record out within a couple of months. Recording The Split.

This Saturday (and possibly Sunday), we'll be recording our half of the split with Cut Short. We're doing 4 brand new songs, 3 of which are going to be on the split, and the other will be up for free download. So, by Sunday at the latest, we'll have 1 song from the split up and the FREE one up as well for download.

When everything is finalized, the split will be sold as a 7 inch (with digital copy) and also sold as only a digital copy somewhere online (to be determined). Since we gave you all free songs, how about you repay us by buying our new split or picking up a shirt online? It would be amazing to help us pay for recording. Thanks.

So before tour we got 2 different shirts printed and we still have some left. They're 10 bucks a piece and we have S - XL. So even though this "tour" ended up being pretty short, I still had a great fuckin' time. We met so many awesome people; people that booked us, let us stay with them, fed us, paid us. We got VERY lucky. Not to mention that without Decades and BearTrap, we would have been missing a few shows, so make sure you check them both out.

I will be possibly setting up an online store in the future. We have 2 new shirts.

Good News:
We got 2 new shirt designs that we'll be selling at shows and possibly online at some point. We only made 30 of each . If I had a camera other than the shit one that is on my phone, I'd post pictures. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone with a decent one.

Bad News:
Our tour got pretty wrecked in the past few weeks. The 13th was finally booked and then a few days ago we found out it was canceled. The 18th and 20th never got booked in the first place, no
matter how hard we tried.

So this upcoming month, April, we have a bunch of shows pretty close together. The 15th, 17th & 18th. What the fuck else are you going to do? Not much to report. We've been writing new material, 2 songs as of now, but Chris is currently in South Africa. We got one more show added to our schedule; War Pigs release show at The Moose, in Doylestown. Hopefully we'll start throwing a new song here and there in our set in the next few months.
